On March 1 and 2, the fifth course of the educational program International Law Academy of the Armenian International Law Association was held at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University

    The event was attended by law and international relations students and others interested in issues related to investments and arbitration.

    On March 1 and 2, the fifth course of the educational program International Law Academy of the Armenian International Law Association was held at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, dedicated to international investment law and arbitration and organized in cooperation with the Armenian Center for Arbitration and Mediation (AMCA).

    On the first day of the course, participants listened to lectures on the fundamentals of international investment law, disputes between States and investors, and the impact of armed conflicts on investment protection. On the second day of the event, the speakers touched upon the essence and specifics of arbitration proceedings, as well as requirements for arbitrators, and other topics.

    The event was attended by law and international relations students and others interested in issues related to investments and arbitration.
