A round table dedicated to the pressing issue of iatrogenic crimes was held at RAU, bringing together experts in the field, faculty members of the RAU Law Institute, and university students

    The event was moderated by Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the RAU Law Institute, Naira Zohrabyan.

    Iatrogenic crimes are actions by healthcare professionals that lead to harm to patients. In the context of modern healthcare, this topic is becoming particularly important, as the number of medical interventions is constantly increasing, which raises the risk of errors and abuses.

    The round table discussed key aspects related to the legal responsibility of healthcare professionals. The event became an important platform for exchanging opinions and developing joint solutions aimed at creating a safe environment.


    The round table took place as part of the International XVIII Annual Conference of RAU.
