From 1993 to 2003, he studied at Secondary School No. 19 of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in Gyumri, Republic of Armenia.
In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.
After completing his Master’s degree in 2009, he entered postgraduate studies at the same department.
On June 26, 2012, by decision of the Specialized Council in Law (“Jurisprudence – 63”) of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Armenia, he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences.
